TGI Has New Cosmo Passenger and Commercial Tires for Europe

May 7, 2018

Tire Group International LLC (TGI) will introduce its second generation private-label Cosmo brand passenger car radial (PCR) and truck and bus radial (TBR) tires to the European market at the 2018 Tire Cologne trade fair May 29 - June 1 in Cologne, Germany.

Cosmo tires were originally launched in 1994. Initially consisting of light truck bias and truck bias tires, TGI says Cosmo quickly grew into a recognized quality brand that included one of the industry’s most complete assortment of TBR, agriculture, industrial and off-the-road tires.

"Cosmo tires have always been engineered and constructed to meet the world’s most demanding work conditions, using Latin America as our proving grounds, Cosmo is truly quality tested," says TGI Chairman and CEO Tony Gonzalez.

"Today the Cosmo PCR and TBR line is manufactured in Thailand, and for the first time it will be available to the European market,” says Gonzalez.

The Cosmo PCR range includes 2 models of premium UHP tires and TBR range includes long haul, regional, urban and on/off foad patterns.

“We continue to bring our customers the highest quality tires at the right value," says Gonzalez.
