The North Carolina Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association (NCTDRA) has announced the inductees to its first year North Carolina Tire Industry Hall of Fame to take place March 4 during the group’s 2011 Buying Expo & Trade Show in Concord, N.C., March 4-6. Inductees are: J.H. Heafner, Heafner Tire, Lincolnton; Charles Creighton, Colony Tire, Edenton; and Floyd Mock, Mock Tire, Winston Salem.
Other events planned during the group’s annual show include the 2012 Educational Scholarship Foundation and a tech day with hands-on technical seminars and instructional demos with operational equipment. There will also be special show purchase opportunities from participating.
