Del-Nat Tire Corp. President Ed Fabrizio and the company have parted ways. No reason for the decision, which was effective Dec. 2, was given.
A search committee comprised of Del-Nat board members has been formed to find a replacement. Del-Nat Chairman Dick Erickson is serving as interim president.
Fabrizio replaced Dan Hunter as president in 2005.
