Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Brent Copeland president and COO of the company's Wingfoot Commercial Systems subsidiary.
Copeland was Wingfoot's vice president of sales and marketing prior to the promotion. He replaced Stephen McClellan, who recently was promoted to vice president of Goodyear North American Tire's commercial tire systems.
Copeland joined the company in 1972 as a production associate at the company's Union City, Tenn., tire manufacturing plant.
Wingfoot Commercial Systems is based in Fort Smith, Ark.
