Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) will set up its Indy Racing League (IRL) exhibit, which includes a race simulator, at the International Tire Expo (ITE) next month.
The video game simulator allows participants to sit in an actual IRL car and compete against each other and "their favorite drivers," according to BFNT officials.
"Jumbo video screens and a full-time announcer add to the excitement."
Firestone has been the official tire of the IRL since 1999.
The ITE will be held Nov. 4-7 at the Las Vegas (Nev.) Convention Center.
