Treadways Corp. has appointed tire industry veteran Chris Dickson southwest regional dealer development specialist for its TreadXpress division.
A 35-year tire industry veteran, Dickson has held a variety of top-level positions in both the United States and Europe, including vice president of sales and marketing for Continental Tire North America Inc.'s passenger and light truck tire division.
He will work out of the Houston, Texas, TreadXpress distribution center and will report directly to Jim Hannon, the division's vice president of sales and marketing.
TreadXpress sells Treadways' Laramie brand, in addition to other labels, and supplies more than 1,300 dealers throughout the U.S.
