Titan International Inc. will pay out a cash dividend of one-half cent per common share on Oct. 15.
The dividend is payable to stockholders of record on Sept. 30, 2003, and will cover the third quarter.
Titan recently announced the consolidation of its tire manufacturing into its Des Moines, Iowa, plant, and the suspension of production at its factory in Brownsville, Texas.
