Bridgestone brand tires will be original equipment on the 2004 Chevrolet Malibu, Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) has announced.
The company will provide P205/65R15 Bridgestone B450 and the P215/60R16 Bridgestone Insignia SE200 OE tires for the newly redesigned car, which Chevrolet calls "a thoroughly refined and versatile midsized sedan," according to Michael Martini, president, OE Consumer Tire, BFNT.
"Our company shares a long history of doing business with Chevrolet, and we are proud to have been named the major OE supplier for this exciting redesigned Malibu," Martini said.
He added that General Motors has named the company a General Motors Supplier of the Year for the past eight consecutive years, for superior performance in quality, service, technology and price.
