TAF Management Inc. has fine-tuned its Web-based, tire industry specific employment service, "The TireJobs Company."
Several options are made available to both the employer and the job seeker as part of the service, according to TAF owner and President Carl Koester.
"Employers may choose to advertise directly or use the referral service to reduce exposure with regard to their employment needs," he says. The TireJobs Company offers this referral service to provide both job seekers and employers an opportunity to meet."
The principal source of available job seekers is derived from resumes submitted to the company’s Web site, www.tirejobs.com. All applicants will be informed if and when their resume has been presented to an employer.
Job seekers also can apply directly to companies that use the advertising service. Job seekers are never required to pay a fee.
The TireJobs Company makes every effort to eliminate crossovers and does not provide headhunter service, adds Koester.
TAF Management is a consulting and project management company that helps commercial tire dealers develop sales promotions, establish product value and set up operational guidelines. The company also offers trucking fleets management tools designed to reduce tire cost per mile.
