TBC Corp. subsidiary R.O. Writer, a provider of shop management software solutions for tire and automotive repair shops, has partnered with Transtar Industries Inc., a distributor of transmission and drivetrain-related products.
The partnership enables R.O. Writer software to connect directly to Transtar’s online ordering system, eSource. The connectivity will give shop owners the ability to:
- check eSource for part cost and availability directly from within R.O. Writer software;
- fill repair orders through the eSource system;
- automatically price parts through R.O. Writer’s Smart Pricing system; and
- order Transtar parts directly from R.O. Writer’s Smart eOrder system.
