SEMA Show, Day Three: Hercules displays newer tires

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. is displaying several newer tires at its Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show booth, including the Raptis WR1, an ultra-high performance tire available in 18 popular sizes.

The Raptis WR1 "addresses the UHP market for our customers," says Hercules Vice President of Marketing Joshua Simpson. It's offered through Hercules brand distributors, as well as the company's TDW (Tire Dealers' Warehouse) locations and Hercules' International and Canadian divisions.

Other tires on display at Hercules' booth include:

* the Hercules CP661, a touring tire developed in conjunction with Nexen Tire that's offered in 20 sizes. The tire contains a continuous center rib and other features.

* the Hercules All Trac A/T light truck tire, which is designed for all-terrain use.

The All-Trac A/T comes in 20 sizes and promotes "high mileage and even wear, an added plus in today's economy," says Simpson.
