Auto Plus, a part of Icahn Enterprises Holdings LLC, has acquired East End Auto Parts in Hagerstown, Md.
Auto Plus CEO and President Brent Windom says the acquisition expands Auto Plus’ footprint in Maryland to 19 stores.
“The acquisition of East End Auto Parts adds to our distribution model and expands our footprint in the western Maryland market,” says Windom. “As we pursue our rapid growth plan across the U.S., we will continue to identify key markets where our density can be increased. East End Auto Parts is a welcome addition to our corporate store group.”
The acquisition was finalized on Dec. 14, 2015.
Windom says, “We are on track with our expansion plans, and look forward to continued growth in strategic markets.”
