Dec. 16, 2015

A distribution agreement between Autologic Diagnostics Inc. and Worldpac Inc. will provide the new Autologic Assist diagnostics support solution to Worldpac's North American customers. Worldpac will offer the service to its tools and equipment services division.

Autologic Assist is a suite of capabilities that simultaneously joins third–party vehicle data resources, diagnostic tools and a cloud-based multi-functional device on one screen, with real-time access to a team of master technicians. It caters to automotive repairs for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo vehicles, and integrates knowledge and service from experts who possess Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience. That expertise helps ensure vehicle issues are diagnosed correctly the first time, and results in both time savings and cost benefits for repair shops.

Autologic says shop owners report they are seeing daily car counts rise by as much as 25% while increasing annual revenues by more than $100,000. An ROI calculator that allows repair shops to estimate their customized level of savings can be found by visiting the Autologic website.

Autologic Assist seamlessly and easily integrates with speedDIAL, Worldpac’s order fulfillment and catalog software. Improved functionality of Autologic Assist includes the ability to auto-populate Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) directly into the Worldpac speedDIAL catalog, ensuring order accuracy.

“This partnership with Worldpac will elevate the availability of Autologic Assist amongst repair shops throughout North America," says Kevin FitzPatrick, president of Autologic North America.
