There's a New Marketing Leader for Firestone Farm Tires

Bridgestone Americas Inc. has named Kimberly Lang director of marketing for Firestone Farm Tires, the company’s agricultural tire division.

In her new position, Lang will create and implement the marketing vision for the Firestone agricultural brand while growing the product portfolio to encompass a wide breadth of solutions, including farm tires and agricultural rubber tracks.

“Kimberly is a proven marketing strategist who has delivered great results for a number of growing brands in the U.S. She is the right person to lead the iconic Firestone Farm Tires brand as we double down on meeting the evolving needs of today’s farmers,” says Tony Orlando, president of agricultural tires for the U.S. and Canada for Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. “This is a critical time for the agricultural industry, and we remain deeply committed to investing in talent, technologies and tools to grow our customers’ businesses and advance the Firestone brand.”

Lang is a career marketer with 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, technology marketing and marketing communications. Most recently, she worked as marketing director for the Imagewear Division of VF Corp., where she developed the marketing, business, and retail strategies for Bulwark Protective Apparel. She previously worked as marketing director for Mars Inc., serving as the marketing lead for the Nutro Company portfolio of brands. She also performed various marketing roles of increasing responsibility at H.J. Heinz Company.

Lang earned a bachelor’s degree in education and English from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in marketing and strategy from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
