Dunn Tire LLC based in Buffalo, N.Y., has introduced a new overnight drop-off option to better service customers during its busy winter tire season.
The overnight tire service is currently being offered at the following Dunn Tire retail stores in western New York: Amherst, Clarence, Blasdell, Camillus and DeWitt.
Overnight services will be limited to tire changeovers and new tire installs and available through mid-December.
“We continually strive to provide our customers with world-class service”, said Robert Clark, managing director of retail operations at Dunn Tire. “As we prepare for the upcoming winter tire changeover period, we anticipate full schedules. This is our busiest time of the year. In an effort to provide service to as many customers as possible, we’re offering an exclusive overnight drop off option. We’re confident this flexible service will help accommodate busy schedules, minimize wait times and differentiate our brand. It’s another step in delivering a unique and professional experience at Dunn Tire.”
Customers looking to take advantage of Dunn Tire’s overnight drop-off service would need to call a participating store to schedule an appointment. Customers would arrive at the store by 6 p.m. to consult with a sales professional, evaluate vehicle condition and confirm services. The vehicle would then be ready for pick-up the following morning one hour before regular store hours begin.
