The Michelin Americas Truck Tires division of Michelin North America Inc. has added Track My Route to its dealer and service locator. The new feature allows fleets and owner-operators to locate Michelin commercial truck dealers along their specific routes nationwide.
The company says drivers of commercial vehicles will be able to enter their origins and destinations and view authorized service providers along their routes. Fleets can download the results, which include the dealers' contact information and services/products offered, including emergency road service, scheduled fleet tire maintenance, new tires, retreads and Michelin X One tires.
Information can be filtered according to the specific services or products needed.
Track My Route is available on www.michelintruck.com desktop/mobile site and within the Michelin Truck Dealer Locator app.
The Michelin Truck Dealer Locator app, which is powered by Google Maps, can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store for iOS and through the Google Play Store for Android devices by searching "Michelin truck" or "Michelin dealer locator."
