U.S. AutoForce buys South Dade Automotive

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture Inc., has purchased South Dade Automotive Inc. (SDA), a tire distributor and exporter based in Miami, Fla.

The sale was completed on August 10, 2015.

U.S. AutoForce gains four warehouses in Florida with the purchase. The warehouses are in Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Pompano Beach.

SDA management had been considering how to expand its product lines, according to a Jorge Pola Sr., SDA’s CFO, Jorge Pola Jr., SDA’s CEO, and Paul Kubic, vice president of sales for U.S. AutoForce.

In a message on the U.S. AutoForce website, the three stated:

“After much thought we have decided to sell SDA to U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin.  U.S. Venture is a family-owned company deeply committed to its customers and employees.  U.S. AutoForce has a number of new product lines to offer our customers while keeping most, if not all, of SDA’s current product offerings. U.S. AutoForce currently has 18 warehouses throughout the country.”

Most of the SDA employees will be joining U.S. AutoForce, according to the companies.
