Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) has promoted Ken Allen to president, Agricultural Tire, U.S. and Canada Commercial Tire Sales division, and Shawn Rasey to president, Off the Road Tire, U.S. & Canada Commercial Tire Sales division.
The promotions go into effect on Jan. 1, "concurrent with the reorganization of Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc.'s tire businesses in the Americas," announced earlier this week, say BFNT officials.
Allen currently serves as vice president of Firestone Agricultural Tire Co., while Rasey holds the title of vice president of Bridgestone Firestone Off Road Tire Co.
Both Allen and Rasey will report to Saul Solomon, president of Bridgestone Bandag Tire Solutions.
