Fedi Gomme Srl has established a strategic partnership with the Marangoni Group that will allow both companies to keep up with the evolving transport and logistics business in Europe.
The partnership is expected to increase Marangoni's retreaded truck tire market share, while it allows Fedi Gomme, a leader in total tire outsourcing for large transport fleets, to expand its business not only outside Italy, but also among small fleets, as an increasing number of companies find it much more convenient to outsource the management of their tires to specialist companies.
"I realized that alone, we would not be able to make headway in a sector that is mainly dominated by new tire manufacturers," says Giuseppe Zecchi, managing director of Fedi Gomme. "For the last few years, I have been looking for an industrial partner that could help us compete at the same level.
