The National Pronto Association recently named DENSO Sales California its Original Equipment Supplier of the Year. Pronto also awarded DENSO the OE Supplier of the Year Award in 2006.
The award was presented to Frank Cisek, senior manager of automotive aftermarket sales, during Pronto's fall membership meeting.
The National Pronto Association is an organization of independent automotive aftermarket warehouse distributors, auto parts stores and auto service centers. It has members throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Pronto members were asked to rate each vendor in the OE vendor category on the following five criteria:
* product quality,
* profitability,
* prompt delivery,
* service and
* support.
DENSO supplies Pronto with oxygen sensors, spark plugs, starter/alternators, spark plug wires, fuel pumps, wiper blades, receiver dryers and oil and air filters.
