Titan International Inc. has extended the employment contract of Chairman and CEO Morry Taylor to 2012.
Titan’s board of directors also extended employment contracts for Vice President of Finance and Treasurer Kent Hackamack and Vice President and Chief General Counsel Cheri Holley through 2013.
In related news, Ernest Rodia will retire as Titan’s chief operating officer on October 31.
Rodia came to Titan in 2005 after a 37-year career with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., where he retired as vice president of global engineering and manufacturing technology.
