Mike Griffin is the new aftermarket operations manager for KYB Americas Inc. In his new role, Griffin will oversee all the North American aftermarket customer support and distribution activities.
Griffin will be based at the company’s Greenwood, Ind., distribution center. The facility opened in 2013, has over 212,000 square feet of advance technology warehousing and is home to the KYB Americas’ aftermarket sales headquarters. He has more than 20 years of experience in operations.
“Mike was brought on board to help increase efficiencies and develop our teammates so that we may better serve our channel partners,” says KYB Vice President Mike Fiorito. “We look forward to his contributions helping us continue our growth in North America.”
