The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is presenting a free webinar on data security. “Anatomy of a Breach: Actions for Employers” will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EDT.
Where there is data there is risk, and with ever increasing and evolving cybersecurity threats, data breaches have become fact of life and cost of doing business. This free webinar will outline the anatomy of a breach as well as the actions employers can take to mitigate risk and better protect themselves and their customers.
TIA says the session will also cover the internal risks an employer faces where employees can be a significant factor in data security. Attendees will learn how employers collect, manage and share data, how to create security and awareness programs, and how to use technology to their advantage to protect sensitive data and control access points.
The webinar will be conducted by Federated Insurance, the preferred provider of business and workers’ compensation insurance for TIA.
