The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is accepting nominations for service on the 2015-2016 TIA board of directors.
TIA board directors serve for three-year terms and may be re-elected to serve two additional, three-year terms.
Any TIA member in good standing or an official representative of an industry association may recommend candidates to the nominating committee in accordance with the TIA bylaws. Self-nominations are also welcome.
Positions on the TIA board are open to all TIA members who have been a member in good standing for two consecutive years, including manufacturers, independent tire dealers, wholesale distributors, suppliers, recyclers and retreaders.
“TIA attracts extremely qualified individuals with wide-ranging experience to serve on our board,” says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.
“The expertise that our board volunteers bring with them helps us to achieve our strategic goals. We invite our members to nominate industry leaders who are willing to be considered for board service.”
Nominations forms can be filled out online. The nomination form is also available in PDF form from the TIA website.
Nominations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 1, 2015 to be considered.
