Alliance Tire Americas Inc. (ATA) has hired Michael Bicknell to fill the newly created post of West Coast regional sales manager as part of the company's continued growth program for the western U.S.
“We’re excited to have Mike take on this position, which we see as vital to our efforts to grow in the western United States,” says James Clark, president of ATA. “His skills and experience will be instrumental in connecting customers throughout the region to the new West Coast warehouse we’ll be opening in the next few weeks, and in building our sales in the region by educating customers on their premium quality and business value. He will be a key player in delivering ATA’s excellent customer service and product support to our customers throughout the western states.”
In North America ATA has been growing steadily with broad product lines serving the agriculture, forestry, skid steer, construction, materials handling and mining sectors. ATA has been building its presence in the West with new facilities and staff, including Bicknell.
“Mike comes to us with years of sales leadership experience that make him perfectly suited to meet the demands of the new position, and, more important, to tend to the needs of our customers,” says Clark.
Bicknell comes to ATA with over 30 years of experience in the tire and automotive care industry. Most recently, he was vice president of independent dealer sales for Omni United USA Inc.
