Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas Inc. will introduce a sprayer tire and a farm tractor drive tire at the Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Ky., Feb. 11-14, 2015.
Extending its offering for self-propelled sprayers, Trelleborg has launched the first size of the TM150 tire, developed according to its BlueTire technology. In line with the Very High Flexion standards, the new size VF 380/90R46 173D is able to carry up to 14,300 lbs at 40 mph per hour, according to the company.
The ProgressiveTraction tire is designed to improve farming efficiency by leveraging a double lug design. Operating on the soil at different times, the double lug progressively releases higher traction where and when required.
