ASA adds text messaging to TireMaster

ASA Automotive Systems has improved the customer retention capabilities of its TireMaster system through integration with the Text-4-U customer engagement platform.

ASA says its integration with Text-4-U helps TireMaster dealers more effectively connect with customers through the exchange of real-time interactive mobile text communications. 

The Text-4-U system has the ability to enhance customer retention by sending “one-off” mobile text messages and pre-canned or automated custom messages for service reminders, confirmations and specials (with or without coupons), that will bring customers back into the tire dealer’s store. 

The system can also help dealers close more sales for service work by attaching photos to a text message to show proof and visually explain inspection findings for repair work that needs to be done, and allow the customer to text back their approval to proceed, according to ASA Automotive.
