Michelin North America Inc. has been named to the American Association of Retired Persons' (AARP) Best Employers for Workers over 50 list.
This marks the third time that Michelin has received the AARP honor.
"Corporations, educational institutions and health care employers are increasingly recognizing the importance of innovative policies -- such as offering competitive benefits packages, alternative work arrangements and continuing education programs -- as they seek to retain and recruit experienced workers,” says Jane Wiley, AARP South Carolina state director.
