Hunter Engineering Co. has earned its 300th United States patent, making it the first company in the undercar equipment industry to reach this milestone, according to Hunter officials
Hunter’s engineering team, which consists of more than 75 professionals, typically earns seven to 10 patents a year, and achieved 18 in 2019 alone.
“Rather than grow through acquisition, Hunter Engineering invests in organic growth through product development,” says Hunter Executive Vice President and COO Nick Colarelli. “Our team of engineers are constantly challenged to solve problems in unique ways. This leads to products that are packed with compelling features and benefits that our customers appreciate.”
Hunter was named the Specialty Equipment Market Association’s 2019 Manufacturer of the Year last month.
