Continental AG's new Agriculture TireTech app features a pressure-load calculator that dealers and farmers can use to check the right pressure level for their tires.
"In this way, they can determine the correct pressure for their Continental agricultural tires, according to the dedicated application in daily farming operations, which results in lower soil compaction, less wear on their tires, higher efficiency and lower fuel consumption," say Continental officials.
In addition, the app offers technical information about Continental's ag tire portfolio, as well as a conversion table. Its lead calculator feature compares rolling circumference of Continental tires "and gives a recommendation if the chosen tires are applicable with the mechanical ratio of the tractor."
The app is now available for iOS and Android.
