Schrader Focuses on TPMS Training With Schrader Academy

Nov. 1, 2019

Schrader TPMS Solutions is turning its tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) know-how into a new educational platform, the Schrader Academy.

The company is making Schrader Academy the central location for all of Schrader's TPMS training materials and initiatives, including its new e-training course. The goal is for Schrader Academy to become home to a community of TPMS service professionals where users can find accurate information.

Visit Schrader at the SEMA Show: Booth No. 40089; or at AAPEX, Booth No. 2843.

The first initiative is a free TPMS e-training class. Service professionals will walk users through five modules of basic TPMS information. It covers topics like the North American TPMS legislation, installations, programming, relearning and more. If users complete the course with a score of 80% or higher they will receive an official certificate of completion.

“We are excited about the launch of our new training site," says W Rippetoe, technical training team lead for the North American aftermarket. "I hope that visitors will love the new look and feel of the site, especially the TPMS E-Training Course which is now mobile-friendly and even easier to navigate through. The new site is yet another avenue for technicians to gain the knowledge needed to be successful within the TPMS category. Our goal is to make Schrader Academy the one-stop shop for all TPMS training related information."

The Schrader Academy site will be updated regularly with new training content, as well as information about Schrader's TPMS training opportunities.
