Myers Industries Inc. has named Andrean Horton its interim CEO and president.
Horton, who also serves as the company's executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary, will replace Myers President and CEO Dave Banyard, who has accepted another professional opportunity and will step down on Oct. 25, according to a recent statement from Myers.
Myers' board of directors "will engage a global executive search firm to assist in identifying a new president and CEO."
