Panama Hosts 6th Annual Latin Auto Parts Expo

Latin American and Caribbean parts buyers met in Panama City for the sixth annual Latin Auto Parts Expo July 17-19, 2019.

The show featured nearly 200 exhibitors and offered a variety of educational sessions July 17-19 at the Atlapa Convention Center.

The exhibitors displayed a wide array of products such as auto accessories, OEM tools, aftermarket parts and replacement parts.

The educational conferences featured speakers such as Guillermo Rosales Zarate (AMDA - Mexican Association for Distributors of Automobiles), Victor Manuel Cota Elorriaga (Driv, Inc.), Adolfo Soto (GRC Autopartes), Ronald Rivera (RR World Trade), Alejandro Calderón Bello (ARIDRA - National Association of Representatives, Importers, and Distributors of Auto Parts and Accessories for Automobiles of Mexico), and Fernando Murguia Izaguirre (TecAlliance).

The Latin Auto Parts Expo is the leading auto parts exhibition in Latin America and the Caribbean, connecting hundreds of auto part manufacturers each year with thousands of distributors from Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, according to the show organizers.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony during the inaugural festivities was led by the Honorable Wang Jian, economic and commercial advisor of the Republic of China in Panama.
