ASA Promotes 3 in Restructuring

July 10, 2019

ASA Automotive Systems Inc. has restructured, giving three key leaders new roles within the software company.

Hasan Askari has been appointed executive director of enterprise sales, and will report to Dave Vogel, general manager of ASA Automotive. Askari has been serving as executive director of enterprise products. He and his team will focus on consulting with existing ASA customers, providing input on best practices while sharing additional products and services available to clientele.  Askari is based in Deerfield, Ill.

Ashley Hopkins will take on the role of director of enterprise operations, a change from her role as TireMaster Enterprise (TME) professional services manager.  Hopkins will report to Vogel, and will oversee departments providing service and support to the existing Enterprise customer base to include the TME, TirePro and TireMax product lines. Hopkins is based in Londonderry, N.H.

Jared Bailey will transition from TireMaster professional services manager to the role of director of TireMaster operations, and will report to Vogel. Bailey will oversee departments providing service and support to TireMaster’s customer base, and will onboard new customers in continued growth. Bailey is based in Meridian, Idaho.

ASA says the organizational restructuring is aligned with preparing departmental managers with business unit level responsibility.

“Our single largest challenge at Fog and Constellation (ASA’s parent company) is grooming or attracting qualified leaders as we continue to grow those companies, organically or acquisitively, within our portfolios.” says Marc Belanski, automotive portfolio manager at Fog Software Group.

Vogel says, “The restructuring will help allocate resources and personnel expediently, drive growth in services, meet changing customer demands and enable strategic innovation across our product pipeline.

“The leadership changes were all made with the intent to bring our people and products closer together, continuing to develop personnel and place them in roles that maximize their talents and company goals,” he says. “I am very excited to see how the next generation of leaders will play an instrumental role in energizing their teams, connecting with our customers and positioning ASA and our customers for profitable growth.”
