American Kenda Rubber Industrial Co. Ltd. has hired two regional sales managers. David Alari will cover the western U.S., while Rob Schussler will serve the eastern region. Both will manage the consumer and specialty tire categories, and also work to expand the Kenda Traction program with Kenda's authorized dealers.
Alari comes to Kenda from Mickey Thompson, where he worked for nine years managing Latin America. Schussler spent eight years at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. before joining Kenda. Both will report to Brandon Stotsenburg, vice president of the automotive group.
“Kenda has added significant new products which should offer great growth opportunities in the western US & Canada," says Stotsenburg. "David brings great business and sales knowledge to provide our channel partners with front line support to bring Kenda’s value proposition to market.
“Rob brings strong knowledge of the front line work it takes to grow a brand like Kenda with independent dealers. His tactical marketing background should be an additional benefit for our partners to bring Kenda’s value proposition to market."
