Kumho Tire Co. Inc. has appointed J.B. Kim president of its Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. subsidiary. D.H. Ham, the CEO of Kumho Tire North America who previously held the president position at Kumho Tire U.S.A, will continue as North American CEO.
Kim joined Kumho Tire Co. Inc. in 1986, working in the company’s original equipment division. He has worked in a variety of sales capacities for Kumho in the company’s OE and replacement divisions in the both the Middle East and Europe.
"Most recently, he was responsible for doubling sales in his capacity with Kumho Tires Latin America," say Kumho officials.
Kim will be based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., where he will oversee Kumho’s U.S. operations.
