Mike Distel, most recently president of Hercules Tire & Rubber Co.'s Hercules USA unit, has left the company. A replacement has not been named.
Distel had been president of Hercules USA since late 2005.
Hercules USA is a consolidation of the former Hercules Tire Division and the Findlay, Ohio-based company's Tire Dealers Warehouse (TDW) business.
