Nexen Tire America Inc. will raise prices on its passenger, light truck, performance and ultra-high performance tires by 2% to 7% on Jan. 1.
Nexen has decided to hike prices "due to the rapid increase in (the cost of) raw materials and freight cost," according to company officials.
