Continental AG has completed its acquisition of Siemens VDO Automotive AG for 11.4 billion euros. Continental says it will begin integration of the division immediately.
"The acquisition of Siemens VDO Automotive AG represents the logical next step in Continental’s evolution as integrated systems supplier," say Continental officials.
