Pre-registration is now open for Tyrexpo Africa ’08, which will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, at the Sandton Convention Centre March 4-6, 2008.
Registration can be completed on-line at www.eci-international.com.
In addition to taking advance registrations, show organizer ECI International Ltd. has launched a major promotional drive to market the show to tire industry professionals in Africa and around the world.
Over the next four months, ECI will distribute more than 80,000 free-entry visitor tickets to potential delegates via an extensive campaign featuring direct mail, trade press advertising, ticket inserts and exhibitor mailings.
In addition to the mainstream tire industries, the exhibition will target interest from mining, quarry and industrial tire markets.
ECI Sales Director Rowena Suthers says that the drive to attract visitors is a vital stage in the buildup to the exhibition. "Our visitor marketing campaign is now in full swing with just four full months to go before the exhibition opens its doors."
ECI expects participation from more than 100 trade suppliers from Africa and 20-plus other countries.
