Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd. has been ranked highest in "Overall Customer Satisfaction Among Service Provider Brands" by the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Canadian Customer Commitment Index Study.
"According to the study, the most important factor in choosing a facility is whether or not the customer had a previous good experience," say Tirecraft officials. "Tirecraft scored very high in this factor."
Tirecraft, which is based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, has 48 company-owned locations and 166 franchise locations throughout Canada.
