Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) says its Continuum OTR tread rubber selection covers 14 tread designs in 40 sizes.
Designs are available for conventional, low profile and foam-filled casings, say BFNT officials. BFNT acquired the Continuum line when its purchase of Bandag Inc. went through in May.
"Many OTR fleets don't realize the value of their casings, which often are worth hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars," says Shawn Rasey, executive director, Off Road Tires, for BFNT.
