GPX International Tire Corp. has hired Glenn Booth as global director of supply chain management. Booth will report to Craig Steinke, president and chief operating officer.

Prior to joining GPX, Booth was a regional director of logistics for the southeast region of Coca-Cola Enterprises, a marketer, bottler and distributor of products for the Coca-Cola Co.

"Our manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia," says CEO Robert Sherkin. "Our production expansion efforts will continue to move forward at a very fast pace as we continue to invest in production of radial agricultural tires, radial truck tires and radial off-the-road tires.

"Our sales teams now service virtually every continent. In order to make everything move smoothly from production to our warehouses and to our customers, the need to fortify our 'supply chain team' with an individual as highly qualified as Glenn became apparent."
