Franconia, Pa.-based Bergey's Tire Service showed off improvements at its Perkasie, Pa., retread plant, a Marangoni RINGtread facility, at a recent open house event.
Bergey's Tire spent the last six months remodeling the plant and adding new equipment, including a new Marangoni 2500 buffer, a Marangoni RINGBUILDER 3000 machine, the Marangoni ITT Sfera Shearographic inspection machine and other devices.
"We've been producing RINGtread for six years at our plant in Perkasie," says Duane Bergey, the dealership's president.
Bergey's Tire has commercial tire locations throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
