CarCareONE promotion gives tire dealers a chance to give money back

May 9, 2007

CarCareONE, a division of GE Money, and the Tire Industry Association (TIA) are running a promotion that will enable retail tire dealers to offer cash rebates to customers.

The promotion will run through June 4, 2007. The cash rebates will range from $25 to $50 and apply to automotive purchases and repairs.

The CarCareONE program targets the retail tire and automotive aftermarket segments of the industry.

"This is just what our members need to remain competitive in the marketplace," says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.

Customers charging $250 or more to their CarCareONE cards will be eligible for a $25 mail-in-rebate from GE Money; customers charging $500 or more will be eligible for a $50 mail-in-rebate.

The CarCareONE card is nationally accepted by participating merchants and also can be used at Exxon Mobil gasoline locations.

Merchants who accept the CarCareONE Credit Card can order complimentary promotional materials by emailing [email protected].
