Bill Williams, president and CEO of Moosic, Pa.-based Jack Williams Tire Co., is the recipient of the 2007 Spirit of Youth Award from the Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania.
The award honors those whose efforts and support benefit the youth programs at Volunteers of America, a faith-based, human services agency.
Williams was Modern Tire Dealer magazine's 2006 Tire Dealer of the Year. His company has 28 retail locations, including a high performance location, Auto Addictions, plus a large wholesale division.
Willimas and his family also have established the Bill and Sandi Williams Family Charity Fund, which donates money to various local charities.
