Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. will open its newest TDW (Tire Dealers Warehouse) location on June 1. The 80,000-square-foot facility will be located in Orlando, Fla. Once it opens, Hercules will have 240,000 square feet of warehouse space dedicated to its Florida tire dealers.
"Orlando represents a logical next step in our expansion of our Florida footprint," says Hercules CEO and President Larry Seawell.
"Hercules continues to actively explore growth opportunities in other regions of the United States, Canada and abroad," he adds.
Mike Distel, president of Hercules Tire USA, says the Orlando facility "solidifies our growing strength in the Florida market and our dedication to serving dealers in the Southeast. This addition allows us to move product efficiently to their doorsteps."
Mark Grodi will serve as general manager of the Orlando TDW location.
