American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) has hired David Martin as director of sales - equipment, tools & supply products, and has promoted Brad Pearson to general manager and director of business development in its Sioux Falls (S.D.) Distribution Center.
Martin joins American Tire Distributors from TBC Corp. in Memphis, Tenn., where he was an equipment sales manager. He will be based at the company's Charlotte, N.C., headquarters.
Pearson has been with ATD since 2000 when the company purchased T.O. Haas Inc. In July 2007, he was promoted to an ATD regional sales manager position.
