TBC Corp. has appointed Ken Dick and Orland Wolford to its board of directors. Dick is CEO and president of TBC's Wholesale and Private Brand Divisions. Wolford is CEO of TBC's Retail Stores Division.
"We are very pleased to add these two individuals to the Board as I envision their depth of experience at the company and their loyalty and dedication will be tremendous assets," says Susumu Kato, president and CEO of Sumitomo Corp. of America, which owns TBC.
Ken Dick has been with TBC for 36 years. TBC's Wholesale Division and TBC Private Brand Division includes TreadwaysC Corp., Carroll Tire and TreadExpress.
Orland Wolford joined TBC in 2000. He oversees TBC's Tire Kingdom Inc., Merchants Inc. and National Tire & Battery retail stores.
