Arlington, Texas-based Tire Tech Corp. dba Andy's Tire Service has been purchased by long-time employee Henry Maserang Jr.
Tire Tech serves more than 300 truck, construction and agricultural customers in a 100-mile radius of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, region.
Maserang has been with the company for 25 years. "He knows the business, he knows the customers and he has the integrity to maintain the company's reputation," says Tire Tech's founder, Andy Asberry.
